Scope of Work: GenesisCare offers expertise in radiotherapy, chemotherapy and treatment services and as part of their expansion plans, they acquired the Oncology Centre in Bristol to deliver an end-to-end package for cancer patients. For Phase 1 of this project, this involved the fit-out and alterations to convert the first floor, to provide a new exercise clinic, access toilet with shower, wellbeing and treatment rooms, a new meeting room, staff work pods and staff kitchen.

Works involved new room layouts, suspended ceilings, doorsets, staff kitchen facilities, floor coverings including a specialist rubber gym flooring system, complete with modifications to M&E works.

This was a fast track programme to suit client’s requirements, involving complex coordination, in existing and live facilities and services to ensure continuous medical care operations.
There were intricate provisions made to ensure a dust free environment within the occupied building.
